Ray Chickite
GM Operations


Ray Chickite has dedicated his life to all facets of rescue operations. His training and experience qualify him as a firefighter, a paramedic, a versatile team leader, a rescue specialist and an instructor. He is experienced in a wide variety of rescue operations, dealing with very stressful situations and working as a team player with many emergency services.

Ray has the kind of expertise you would want working for you in an emergency. It's the kind of expertise you can rely on when you choose Ray and the Rescue One team for all your company's safety.

Ray has volunteered many community hours training fire departments, ambulance stations, search and rescue teams, local hospital staff, industrial camps, and has traveled extensively to isolated areas to teach first aid and safety.

Karen Chickite
Director of Client Services


Karen is the "one who makes it happen". Karen is the center of the company - from which all organization is generated. She approaches each job with energy and fills in the missing pieces when needed. She has a super positive attitude, expects the best from her staff and leads by example always.

Karen's background is in service, organization and people management. She has an inquisitive yet friendly manner and seeks to approach issues with a straight forward attitude.

Karen is the detail person, making sure the company runs smoothly, jobs are performed properly, and clients are pleased with our service. She is continually looking for innovative ways to keep us in the forefront of our field, always with the client at heart.

Karen is a licensed paramedic, and has volunteered throughout the community in the areas of safety, children's programs, and healing.

Deborah Webster
Director of Administration


The title on her card reads "director of persistence" and that is exactly what she is. When Rescue One is in charge of your safety, you'll know that she won't rest until all your needs are met.

Deborah is an expert in the field of administration, management, marketing and training. Her background is in the area of finance, education, systems and operations, developing training programs and operational procedures for financial institutions.

Deborah has a professional manner yet always endeavors to see job requirements from the client's point of view. She is dedicated to the credo that "the customer is always right" and is passionate in ensuring that each client's needs are met in a timely manner.

Deborah has volunteered extensively for humanitarian causes.
